The app is available for customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

It's important to note that when logging in, the app contains images that may cause a reaction in individuals who are photosensitive. However, you can easily disable these images in your device's settings under the 'accessibility' menu.

The app puts you in control of your money, allowing you to check your account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, send money securely to others, and make payments up to £1000 without a card reader. You can also withdraw cash from an ATM without your debit card.

Managing your bills is made easy with the app, which provides detailed information on Direct Debits and standing orders. If you need assistance, there's a Secure Messaging tool within the app that allows you to contact customer support.

When using the Royal Bank app, you're protected by their secure banking promise. They monitor your account 24/7 for any suspicious activity and will refund any unauthorized transactions as long as you keep your security information safe.

Logging in to the app is secure with options such as fingerprint, face recognition, or a secure passcode. Additionally, there are confirmation checks to ensure you're making payments to the correct recipient.

The app also offers various account options to suit different needs. You can apply directly for a current account, open and manage savings accounts, and even apply for lending products within the app (eligibility criteria apply).

Important information to consider:

1. There is a maximum of 5 payments totaling £1000 per day, and you must be aged 16 or over.
2. Get Cash - Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at our branded ATMs. You must have at least £10 available in your account and an active debit card (locked or unlocked).
3. Fingerprint and facial recognition are available on selected devices.
4. Credit score is available once opted in through the app, to customers aged 18+ with a UK address, and is provided by TransUnion.
5. Spending feature is only available for Personal and Premier Current accounts, and you must be aged 16+.
6. You can freeze and unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards.
7. You can create one Travel Plan at a time, for a maximum period of 90 days, that includes up to seven countries. Each country needs to be registered separately. The Travel Plan applies only to debit cards attached to accounts managed via mobile banking and in your name. Joint account holders should register separately.
8. Managing your receipts is available to Business Banking and Premier customers only.
9. Savings goals feature is available on instant access savings accounts.
10. My Loyalty Cards feature is available to customers aged 18+.
